New Rotax Piston with Ring

New Rotax piston with ring for the Rotax 125 MAX evo engine family, supplied from the Rotax plant in Austria. The design is the same as the current piston, but production tolerances are tighter and precision is higher, for longer life.
The pack contains only the piston and the piston ring. Piston pin and needle cage are not included and must always be bought separately: you will find the Rotax piston pin and the needle cages in the Rotax MAX spare parts.
- Sizes from 53.92 to 53.98 mm, like the current piston.
- Compatible with the Rotax Plasma cylinder and with all previous Rotax MAX evo cylinders: piston and ring can be combined freely.
- On the DD2 only the piston changes for now: the DD2 Plasma cylinder is planned for the 2028 season.

Yes. The new Rotax piston and its ring are compatible with the Rotax Plasma cylinder and with all previous Rotax MAX evo cylinders.
What is the difference from the current piston?
The design is the same: what changes is the supply, now from the Rotax plant in Austria, and the tighter production tolerances, for longer life.
How do I choose the size?

Shipping
We ship throughout Italy, to all European Union countries, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, duties and customs charges are paid by the customer.
Returns
- You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned unused (not fitted or installed), in its original intact packaging and complete with all accessories and documents.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
