SCOPE

These Terms govern the purchase of products through tksracelab.com by consumers under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All prices are in euro and include VAT. TKS RaceLab reserves the right to change prices; prices of orders already confirmed remain unchanged.

ORDERS

An order is a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent by e-mail. TKS RaceLab may refuse orders if a product is unavailable or in case of pricing errors.

 

PAYMENT

Full payment is required when the order is placed, using the methods shown on the website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped by express courier. Delivery times are indicative. The risk of transport passes to the customer upon delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason (Art. 52, Legislative Decree 206/2005). Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.​

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128-135, Legislative Decree 206/2005). For defects, contact info@tksracelab.com within 2 months of discovering them.

Complaints: info@tksracelab.com. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Italian law applies.

CHANGES

TKS RaceLab reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Terms in force at the time of the order apply.
