Return and Withdrawal Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
HOW TO WITHDRAW

You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by law or any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned: unused (not fitted, installed or used in any way); in its original, intact and undamaged packaging; complete with all original accessories, manuals and documents. TKS RaceLab reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund if the product has been used, is damaged or is missing its original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt. TKS RaceLab is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transport.
REFUND
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund includes the product price and the standard delivery cost of the order.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: made-to-measure or customised products; products that by their nature cannot be returned or deteriorate quickly; sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@tksracelab.com with photos of the defect. In this case return costs are at our expense.
