Rotax Junior MAX evo → Senior MAX evo conversion kit (Rotax part number 281377): the original BRP-Rotax kit with all the parts to convert a Rotax 125 Junior MAX evo engine into a Rotax 125 Senior MAX evo with the E-RAVE pneumatic exhaust valve. In the price list it is called "Rotax Junior evo → MAX evo complete update, without ECU".

ECU not included. The Senior needs the Rotax MAX EVO ECU 666815 (€211), sold separately. Kit + ECU: €1,258 VAT included.

- Cylinder and piston: Rotax Plasma cylinder Senior MAX, cylinder gasket set 296161, stud 441358, new Rotax piston with ring, piston pin 216135, needle cage 932027.
- Exhaust valve flange (Plasma cylinder): gasket 450415, support plate 251337, gasket 250230.
- E-RAVE exhaust valve: valve housing kit 253385, valve blade 253721, valve piston 854440, bellow 260723, spring 239952, cover 911559, oil seal 930500, O-rings 230261 and 430220, adjustment screw 241220.

Fitting and regulations
Cylinder and exhaust valve are sealed engine parts: the kit must be fitted by a Rotax service centre, which reseals the engine and updates the identity card from Junior to Senior. Always check the technical regulations of your championship for classes and weights.

A Rotax service centre: cylinder and valve are sealed engine parts, so the engine must be resealed and the identity card updated from Junior to Senior.

€1,047 VAT included. The 666815 ECU costs €211 separately.

We ship throughout Italy, to all European Union countries, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, duties and customs charges are paid by the customer.
Returns
- You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned unused (not fitted or installed), in its original intact packaging and complete with all accessories and documents.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
