We ship throughout Italy, to all European Union countries, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom. Free shipping in Italy on orders from €79.90 and in the European Union from €199 (Switzerland and United Kingdom: €29.90, duties and customs charges paid by the customer).

Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
• The product must be returned unused (not fitted or installed), in its original intact packaging and complete with all accessories and documents.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If the product arrives faulty or damaged, write to info@tksracelab.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos: in this case we cover the return.
