With maximum dimensions of 250X435X40 mm, the EM-01 is the mid-size model among all the radiators made by EM-Technology. It is recommended for single-speed classes in spring, summer and autumn. In KZ classes it can be used in all seasons at amateur level; otherwise, in summer the EM-02 is recommended.
Its frame protrudes beyond the radiator core, creating a rim around the perimeter that acts as an air duct. The rim also supports the handle of the blind accessory, preventing damage to the core when it is raised and lowered.
The radiator has angled upper and lower tanks, which increase the surface in contact with the air and therefore the cooling. The tank design prevents hot water pockets from forming, which would harm cooling.
Note the water outlet fitting, designed to run parallel to the track surface so that the silicone hose does not rub against the kerbs. This solution also improves water flow. The EM-01 radiator is supplied with deflector included.

We ship throughout Italy, to all European Union countries, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom. Free shipping in Italy on orders from €79.90 and in the European Union from €199 (Switzerland and United Kingdom: €29.90, duties and customs charges paid by the customer).
Returns
- You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned unused (not fitted or installed), in its original intact packaging and complete with all accessories and documents.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- If the product arrives faulty or damaged, write to info@tksracelab.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos: in this case we cover the return.
