ROTAX ENGINES
Rotax Senior MAX or DD2: which engine is right for you?
Not sure? Tell us your experience and we will suggest the right engine for your day.

Rotax Senior MAX EVO
125 cc, 30 hp at 11,500 rpm, direct drive with centrifugal clutch and no gears. The best choice to focus purely on lines, braking and throttle control.

Rotax DD2 EVO
125 cc, 34 hp at 12,000 rpm, two-speed gearbox with paddle shift on the steering wheel and no chain. A step up for drivers who want more power and a more demanding drive.
ACI SPORT CIRCUITS
The four circuits
All four tracks are homologated by ACI Sport, the Italian motorsport federation.

South Garda Karting, Lonato (Brescia)
1,200 m, one of Europe's reference tracks, home to international races.

Franciacorta Karting Track, Castrezzato (Brescia)
1,300 m, a technical layout that rewards setup and smooth driving.

Cremona Kart Circuit, Cremona
1,210 m, wide and fast, where throttle control out of the corners makes the difference.

Ala Karting Circuit, Ala (Trento)
1,110 m, renewed in 2025, with technical corners and elevation changes.

ARRIVE & DRIVE PROGRAM
Arrive & Drive Karting in Italy: Professional Trackside Support
Technical support throughout the day
A technician supports you throughout the day with kart setup, driving advice and any adjustments needed between sessions.
A data-driven approach
We analyze lap times, sector times and engine data to identify where you can gain those valuable tenths of a second.
The TKS RaceLab Arrive & Drive Program combines 2026 Maranello Kart chassis with Rotax Senior MAX and DD2 engines and Alfano 7 telemetry, turning your driving data into practical insights.
Every lap is an opportunity to improve your times, refine your technique and better understand your driving. Each day combines technical analysis, monitored track sessions and focused feedback to help you make consistent progress.
The program is available at the international circuits of Lonato, Franciacorta, Cremona and Ala. Sessions at the 7 Laghi International Circuit in Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia) are also available on request, with a minimum of two drivers. Circuit information pages are currently available in Italian.
THE TKS APPROACH
How we work at the track
Each day of the Arrive & Drive Program follows a clear plan to help you improve at your own pace. We start by checking your seating position and the kart’s initial setup before you head out for practice sessions. Between sessions, we review your Alfano 7 telemetry data and lap times together to refine your racing lines and adjust the chassis balance to suit track conditions.

Initial driver briefing
We start with your experience level and agree on the day’s goals, focusing on racing lines, braking points and managing your energy throughout the sessions.

Initial kart setup
We check your seating position and establish a baseline chassis setup to give you balanced, predictable handling on track.

Monitored track sessions
Each practice session uses Alfano 7 telemetry to record lap times, sector times and engine RPM, giving us reliable data to review.

Detailed data analysis
We review your recorded data together, comparing laps to identify where you drive smoothly and where refining your racing lines can improve consistency.

Focused driving feedback
We give you clear, practical advice to apply in your next session, focusing on linking corners smoothly and making full use of the track’s width.

Next session, clear goals
You return to the track with clear reference points and one goal at a time, so you can assess your progress through lap times without feeling rushed or pressured.

Yes. The program is designed for karting enthusiasts and independent drivers. You do not need to be a professional: we build on your current experience to help you improve your driving technique and kart control, with an emphasis on safety and learning at your own pace.
We regularly operate at the international circuits of Franciacorta, Lonato, Cremona and Ala. On request, we can also arrange test sessions at the 7 Laghi circuit in Castelletto di Branduzzo, with a minimum of two participating drivers.
We provide a 2026 Maranello Kart chassis with a Rotax Senior MAX or DD2 engine, ready and set up, with tyres in good condition, fuel and lubricants, Alfano 7 telemetry with data analysis, an action cam and a dedicated technician for the whole day, giving you driving feedback session after session. You only bring your personal gear.
Dates are agreed based on each circuit’s official opening calendar and kart availability. We recommend contacting us in advance to check available dates and reserve your session.
